I use 12oz of coffee, 1 tbsp mct, 2 tbsp hwc, a pinch of pink salt and no salt and as I blend with my milk frother, I pour in a beaten egg. I use the demon liquid splenda to sweeten.

They will really help you stay full. You can throw them in just about anything. I put them in oatmeal and smoothies.

I use fresh kale. Cut off the thicker stems because they dont blend well. You cannot taste Kale in the smoothie. I like the taste of Kale. Steamed or raw in salads. Good stuff!

Smoothie 6 tbsps pasturized egg white- 60 calories 8oz trop 50 red orange- 80ish calories 1.5 cups of Dole frozen mixed fruit (mango, pineapple, peaches, strawberries and cherries) 105 calories. Drank it before 8am and still not hungry at 12 noon! Love my smoothies!

Cinnamon plum multigrain oatmeal with a few tbsps of 1% milk. Earl Grey tea with splenda and splash of 1%milk Under 200 calories :)

Try eating apples. I know that they help with the "ahem" side effects of beans. My mom puts them in her homemade baked beans and it works really well!

You can try an anti-chafing cream or rub. They make one for runners that comes in a stick. There are some great powders too. Monkeybutt is a great product.

Try some of the sugar-free flavored syrups. DaVinci has some great flavors. You can add them to anything.

I had all the "gross" candy that my daughter rejected 2 peanut chews 1 mini reeses cup 1 mini reeses pumpkin 1 heath bar 1 bag of candy corn 1 bag of choco covered pretzels (4 little pumpkin shaped pretzels. lol) followed by 50 crunches on the balance ball and as many pushups as I could do... lol

You could always grow Stevia yourself and use the leaves from the plant. Nothing fake or processed about that. The leaves are great to chew on too.
