Is anyone here doing low carb? 20 carbs or less a day? Looking for others to help motivate and guide me.
I have been drinking alot of fruit smoothies and would like to start adding protein powder to them without adding many calories. What is the best kind of protein to add to smoothies that doesnt add much in the way of flavor? Allergies are not an issue. Thanks!
