Hi there, The title says it all. I'm looking for protein pancake recipes that don't use dairy (eggs/egg whites are fine) or fruit. Most I can find have bananas.

Thanks.

    Egg and protein powder?

Agreed with Tavistock Toad. The ratio of one egg (or the equivalent in whites) to one scoop of protein powder is a pretty bog standard recipe for either protein pancakes or waffles. Add a little water or almond milk if the consistency of the batter isn't quite right. This will depend on the protein powder you're using.

Try this. Swap the milk with water straight across. I don't think it will harm the pancake.

Oh, and add whey powder a tablespoon at a time up to 1/4 cup until you find the ideal proportion. You can also switch out the oatmeal flakes with oatmeal flour.

I use 90g casein, about 120g Eggbeaters, and just enough water to give a thick paste.

2 eggs, 2 tbsp mayo, Cinnamon and sweetner of choice to taste. Blend til fluffy and fry in fat of your choice.

Another vote for egg whites and protein (I think casein makes the best batter).
