Nope try not to eat exercise calories back. That was the suggested calories so kind of assumed about right and am loosing weight

DVD Arrived today, this weekend it will begin. I think 5 days a week gym + this could really help :)

in 30 minutes I tend to burn about 350 calories, so 500+ seems a lot, even very fit friends don't manage 500 calories on elliptical in 30 mins.
