Since I am on a cleanse recipes really are non existent. My favorite would be the four cups of mixed fruit I have for breakfast. I'm sorry, I know that is really no fun!

I suppose I may not have expressed my concern clearly . Since I am new to the site, I didn't know how MFP set their program. I was more so wondering if the program was: you burn calories then you eat those calories. I guess I am just better off knowing the specifics. I didn't really notice a handbook or a guideline area. I have had great experiences with both. On a day like today when both classes are offered an hour apart I find it hard to decide which one to go to! Decisions decisions. I say try both you might end up liking them for different reasons. :)
