Not quite as bad as fb - YET. If I could get the forums on the android app, then it would be as bad, if not worse! But I don't always get access to the computer, which makes it difficult to get in here, but yeah... guilty!!

So I went to do my 6 burpees for the first shift, and realized I had the house to myself so I did all 12 at one time!!!! I'm not going to lie to you... it was hard. I did the first 8 eazy breezy, and getting to 10 was okay... wasn't sure I was going to make it to 12 but since it was MY personal goal, I pushed and I DID IT!!

I was able to successfully complete all 10 burpees yesterday! Today's goal... 12. I haven't even done my 6 yet... well... stop writing and get burpee'ing... Here I go!

Oh thank you all soo much!! On days that I stay very busy, I have a hard time getting even 1000 calories into my system. Today, I had to have two pulled pork sandwiches just to get above 1000. Sacrifice, I know, but one I'm willing to make!! (teehee) :bigsmile: I truly appreciate all your help!! :flowerforyou:

One a Day Women's multi vitamin, B-Complex, Glucosamin with MSM (for joints), and 1000mg of Vitamin C, and 2 arthritis strength Tylenol ... every day!!

From what I could gather from the article that I read, they will be tracked in the strength area opposed to the cardio area. They do burn calories, but we won't be doing them long enough to record the calories burned.

I have a 34 ounce cup that I fill at least 2 times a day. I try for more, but sometimes I'm just not thirsty so I don't think about it.

I heard the rule of thumb is half your body weight in ounces is what you should be drinking in water, so it's different for everyone. The 8 - 8oz glass rule is a slippery guideline and actually includes all fluids that you take in everyday.

Oh easy... I was shopping at a grocery store.. I was at or very near my heaviest weight .... a young boy sitting in the shopping cart said very loudly to his mom, "WOW, SHE'S REALLY FAT!" really loud. I dropped like 40 pounds after that!
