I lost more inches than weight on Shred...you will be wishing you had if you don't. I didn't do the pictures though. I don't regret not taking them.

Enell makes a great large breasted sports bra...it is a front clasp with about 10 fastners but so worth the $65 I spent on them. I don't move at all i'm a DD and that is the only bra I wear. I add them in but I rarely eat them back.... a few days I have been hungry all day long and have eaten all day long. I was very glad to have them in on those days.

Are you working out....if so you should be drinking the water to replace the fluid you lose. Put up a schedule to drink so much water every 2 hours. I drink 1 bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea and the rest of my fluids is water. I carry around a CamelBak that gets filled every 2 hours.

I have it in my living room right now...I am at 229 and do pieces of it. I am not doing all of it because I am doing Jillian Michaels. I think if you modify it to fit your workout level you will be just fine. Keep positive about the level you are working out at knowing you will catch up to them eventually. Good luck!

Typical Saturday...later morning wake-up, exercise, then housework, laundry and teenage activities in evening. Today was EARLY AM workout so I could get our daughter to 5K cross country meet at 7:15.

Just got my DVD today...will be putting it into the DVD player this evening to see what it is all about...I am already doing Ripped in 30 so I have a feeling tomorrow AM I will have even more trouble climbing those steps at school.

If your diary isn't open for others to view you may want to do that. It works great with feedback on things you can change. Make sure you are using the same scale and get a tape measure. Sometimes the inches come off before the weight. Good luck!

Hate them...who can eat that much food to equal the cost and stay at a healthy level. Mostly hate them because all of the other people have been over food I am going to eat.
