I would redo the day until you can get in the full run time. I would also do them on alternate days. When you do 30 Day Shred go for a walk. good luck

I wish I would have done this when my children were that age. :frown: I think of all the wasted time:grumble: waiting for them sitting in a car or in a chair while practicing a sport (gymnastics, baseball, soccer, dance) when I could have been walking, running or going to a class myself. Good luck?

I have 2 different shoes that I use since I want the support for the arch of my foot: NB 1260 and Saucony running shoes. They are more expensive but worth the investment for my entire body.

It is Walden Farms dressing. They have several flavors out there to pick from. I prefer Southwest Ranch and it is zero across the board for calories, sugar, sodium. I have seen it at our grocery store with the sugar-free type food or gluten free food. I buy mine at a fruit market where I shop for my fruit and vegetables.

I add red peppers, green peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, olives, and then yes some precooked chicken is very filling on salads. It shows what you want it to show...you can set up the information that gets put on facebook just like on MFP. I connected mine to facebook for accountability. Many of my facebook nonMFP friends encourage me through my postings.

30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 will make a difference. I have lost 2 1/2 inches off my thighs from 30 Day Shred. Have to wait 28 more days before results are in about Ripped in 30 but I know they will go decrease.

Just started RI30 today....I was very glad I had finished 30 Day Shred last month otherwise I wouldn't have finished. My only thing is I need some heavier weights for a few of those moves. I will use a kettle ball instead of the weight on the one move.

These are Jillian Michaels workouts....30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. 2 wonderful DVD's to own for a great short workout...each day it is 25 minutes of intense workouts!

Just finished my 250...took me around 3 minutes to get them all in...did 25 per leg which seemed to help keep the pace going! A few short 15 second rest in between each set! What a short burst of a workout wish I would have had HRM on just to see the calories burned!

Good luck....but my Monday is always the next meal. I refuse to say I'll wait until Monday when I have another meal right around the corner. Don't feel bad if you fall off for one meal or a snack, realize you can change it back on course at the next meal.

Open up your diary to make it easier for suggestions. I am in the same boat as you...I have lost 6 inches in a month and only 5 pounds. People really notice with the inches coming off!
