I regret not taking time for me when my children were smaller to work out. It is a great stress reliever and makes me much easier to get along with. My children are teenagers now and I still have very little time so I get up at 4:30 do 30 Day Shred (20 minutes), fix lunches, fix my breakfast, hit the shower get the kids…

IF the jump rope is the correct length you will not have issues jumping over the rope....I found this out by trying to jump rope myself. I could not get the grove that the others had jumping, I just kept missing or could only get 3-5 jumps in. An instructor handed me another rope and I was then able to get in 50 jumps…

Good Evening....just finished my 30D Shred video, will have a small snack then off to the park for daughter's cross country practice. I will get in my 2 mile walk while she is there and then a run to the YMCA to get a class schedule. I'm thinking of finding an exercise class I might like instead of always doing DVD's.…

Go out and get 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels, you should lose more than 1" across your chest. I am on day 18 and have lost 5 1/2" all over my body. Good luck!
