L2D3 is now complete...the sweat keeps rolling off. I am glad after the first set of exercise to see Jillian wanting to take a few extra seconds after the abdominals, makes me feel better. I will have to say I enjoy the plank moves...I really hate holding plank position so to be able to move makes me happy. I…

L2D2 is complete...I am glad to read I am not the only one that sweats so much on this level. I am really sore between my shoulders and back. I am looking forward to D4 so I won't be so sore.

I don't know that it counts laps...but the Polar are all made for water. I wear mine to the pool and have actually forgotten to take it off when I got in the shower once. I have had it over a year and have never had a problem.

Oh WOW...L2D1 just completed. I sweated so much through this one...I will be excited on L2D10 when I can do all of the sets without falling over. Some of the simple moves always through me at the beginning but the more difficult ones I find easier. Go figure...

I didn't get the workout in yesterday (TOM) and it really wiped me out. Did get in this AM before work...tomorrow is L1D10 and then off to L2. I am excited to move on to new exercises. 10 days of the same thing gets a little boring for me.

Great job on this...
-
bump, thx for the information

Really struggling getting going this AM. Slept very little last night so miserable this AM. I think I will wait a while before I get my exercise on.

thanks that helps me out. I do not drink juice, soda and rarely tea with a nutra-sweet so it is only WATER. Most of my sugars are coming naturally and not from junk food. Since I am losing weight I guess I am doing okay.

Great job on the weight loss...keep up the good work.

My calories burned last week were 3245... I am up for the new challenge!

That will be me starting Thursday this week...reality sets in since school begins for teachers. I actually work harder earlier in AM than later in the day on my workouts. Not as tire.

I did my 30D Shred this AM...what a difference on L1D8 at this point. I can actually do the entire video without having to stop. Hope everyone else is having some success.
