Okay count me in, I am 50 and am peri-menopausel. Within the last year I have gained 10 to 15 pounds around the midsection I swear, driving me nuts. Jeans from last year don't fit, had to buy next dress pants, so irritating. Need all the support I can get. Thanks for starting this group.

I understand this so well. This use to work for me, not keeping the junk in the house, but maybe some good cereal with skim milk, I like the Cranberry Almond Crunch (which has several different flavors in it) which satisfies my need for sweets.

Since last summer I have been reading the JD Robb series, great books, my kind of woman, indepedent fiesty, woman cop and her husband, hmmmm. Anyhow, I have about 10 to 15 more books in the series to go.

This is a good challenge, I just started with MFP and 25 pounds by October should bring me to my goal weight. I weighed in last night and I am at 164, so that should bring me to 144 by October 1, just in time for my 7th Wedding Anniversary.
