This recipe is awesome if you like creamy balsamic dressings.....1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 3 tb plain greek yogurt, 1.5 Tb honey, 1.5 tb dijon mustard, 1 tb low sodium soy sauce, and .5 tb olive oil mix it all together..so good!!!!!!

You can do this! and dont feel alone...ive lost and gained the same stubborn 10 pounds many times now...need to get my butt in gear and motivate myself again! congrats to you for making a change! you can and will do this and keep the weight off for good!

I also struggle with cravings at night which usually turn into a binge..what i found that works best for me is to have some decaf hot tea with unsweetened almond milk and stevia. Apple cider vinegar just make sure its organic and unfiltered. it helps with the digestion process :) i take about 2 tablespoons a day.

I LOVEEE pita pit and get almost the same exact thing. Best drunk food...theres one right next to all the bars its a win win haha.

The doctor did and EKG test, took my blood pressure, took blood, and urine sample... blood pressure and EKG came out good and were just waiting on the blood test results which should come in tomorrow.. he thinks it is anxiety seeing as how the EKG came out normal. After the blood results we will go from there..hopefully…

Thank you all for your advice, i know to find out answers i need to seek a doctor which im doing today, quite nervous about what the results are going to be but i know it can just get worst if i put it off any longer..and i looked into the EKG test i didnt knwo what that was and read about it...it sounds like the best way…

Im a peanut butter addict! i have to be careful around it once i start its hard for me not to go overboard! I dont usually shop at whole foods unless its something i really want ..because it is a little pricey but new discovery you can grind your own peanut butter it is AMAZING and so fresh they have all differnet…
