I actually just finished mine tonight! I bought chocolate and vanilla maple....im more of a chocolate person but the vanilla maple was surprisingly sooooo good! i want to try coffee and pumpkin spice! i didnt even know there was a pumpkin flavor!

These last couple days have been hard for me... i binged today....going through issues with my ex and i eat my emotions...which caused me to binge and im so angry with myself and cant wait to start fresh tomorrow im so sick of this terrible habit and want to overcome it :/ i say this all the time and always end up binging…

Em im so glad you posted this, i havent had a binge in january yet but it is still early i am joining this group to hold me accountable for the rest of the month! WE really will get rid of this terrible habit of binging this month and then never binge again :) everything in moderation!

I have the same issue, i could have a perfect day with eating and burned 600 cals in cardio and then night comes and i could devour my whole kitchen. I really like the idea about working out at night i think i may try this :) also eating smaller meals through out the day has helped me also! Glad others can relate, its time…

If im in the mood for beer i go for michelob ultra: 95 cals 3 carbs vs miller or bud which is around the same cals..110 but has 6 carbs. Silver tequila is one of my favorites if im at home..for a skinny margarita use 1 can of diet sprite, or sierra mist... 1 oz silver tequila, and add a splash of crystal light lemonade…

I would love to join, i believe this is my biggest issue and when i tend to binge. My cut off time will be 10 because as a student i am usually up until at least 12. My first night will be tomorrow! thank you for starting this group! i need this to stop this terrible habit!
