Today was much better, I planned my meals ahead of time and ate through out the day. I feel much more satisfied and dont feel bloated and so full. And i left myself room to have two chocolate chip cookies that are 130 cals for two and am happy with that :) thank you all once again for the support! you guys are awesome!

I just finished day 2 level 1. Im using 5 lb weights and am going to go up to level 2 hopefully after 7 days. I am also going to do try and get it done in 30 days no rest days! Good luck!
