It was only 43 this morning in Buffalo NY :P But the sun was shining and the roads ARE FINALY Clear from all the salt used to melt the ice.... It wasnt that chilly to be honest. Its supposed to get up into the 60's this afternoon which will make for a much warmer ride home! Hope everyone has a GREAT day!!! :)

Damn this is depressing..... my normal weight seems to be around 180. I was up to 230, and my lowest point was 157. Im at 182.4 now and its horrible. Im trying to get down to 135. Ive really been struggling latley but, It's called willpower, either you want to or you don't, there's no trick. Im back on track right now.

I agree with the protein shakes... they are so good! I only like the chocolate flavor (any brand) there are some Protein Bars that taste pretty good... Almonds have protein, reduced fat string cheese, I think Special K makes a protein water? Never had it though.
