Hello- I belong to a weight loss group on Facebook... and TONS of people talk about skinny Fiber and what an awesome job it does aiding in their weight loss. I was wondering if anyone can really vouch for it? Its like $55 a bottle.... Would regular fiber supplements do the same??? :smooched:

Hello! Just wondering how to rest my starting weight? I had lost a bunch of weight.. . Then gained about 30 lbs back. I want my starting gweight to reflect where I'm starting from now.... not 3 years ago. Anyone know how to reset it?? Thanks!! :D

HELP! Plateau ....

Going over on Fiber
Is it bad for you to go over in Fiber? I know its bad to go over Fat, Calories, Sugar, Sodium etc. But I remember being told its ok to go over on Protein (ya know... nothing crazy) So..... Fiber? (And I know what the side effects are, haha :laugh: )
