Lo-Cal Hobo Dinner (You've never seen a fat hobo, have you?)

Hobo Dinners

The above were wrapped in their respective pieces of foil and cooked on the gas grill. If you prefer you can also place them in the oven or directly into a campfire. (We've done that many times.) Feel free to use whatever mix of veggies you like most. (Some might not like the lemon and lime slices in there, for instance.)

They were good!

Each one contained:
4oz boneless, skinless chicken breast (100 calories)
1/2 zucchini (25 calories)
1/2 tomato (15 calories)
1/2 onion (30 calories)
1 squash (30 calories)
1/2 cup baby carrots (25 calories)
4 broccoli florets (10 calories)
fresh basil (0 calories)
garlic (5 calories)
black pepper (0 calories)
chili powder (0 calories)
lemon slice (0 calories)
lime slice (0 calories)
liquid smoke (0 calories)
fat free Zesty Italian salad dressing (15 calories)

Total for a very filling meal: 255 calories 15 minutes on the grill
