I agree... Ask Questions here. There is no secret to weight loss... be conious of what you eat, record it, and exercise. Calories In Vs. Calories out. If your inerested in eating clean, google "clean eating recipies" Start a group on here for clean eaters. Save your money. You already know what to do!

Weight Train Weight Train Weight Train!!! LOL Ive lost over 70lbs (20 prior to starting My Fitness Pal) and I do not have any hanging skin... Its important to Tone as you Loose. Heck even if you loose 70, its better than not loosing any! AND no hanging skin, and a healthy you! :) Good Luck

I take Syntheroid too.... I was told to avoid Soy products.... Some people agree, others disagree.... but, I have avoided it and seen results. I was also told to keep sugar levels lower as it takes us longer to get rid of it. Get enough sleep keep getting checked.... And no, weight wont just melt off when you get at the…

Right now, Im working out 5 days a week..... 30 min of cardio and about an hour or so of weights, different muscle group every day. I am set at 1200 base calories, and then I eat back the majority of my exercise calories. I tend to end the day with 5-20 calories left.

I am giving up Pop (or Soda or Coke whatever part of the world you are in lol) I gave it up last year for lent, and stayed away from it until October when we went on a motorcycle trip, and there was nothing else to drink.... Once I had that first Sip of Pepsi Max, I was back, hooked on it lol So here we go again! Lets see…

I am so so so lucky! My boyfriend and I are on the same page... we both are trying to work out 4-5 days a week and eat as healthy as possible. Our only challange, is that he works nights, so he would prefer dinner at 9pm... I go to bed by 11 so this is tough on me!

I would look into knee support... either the Ace slip on braces, (black kinda stretchy things....) there is a band they sell that you can put right under your knee cap to stabolize it.... o

I think the calories burned (MFP estimates) are high..... I use a heart rate monitor and the calories never match what MFP estimaes... I 10000000000000% reccomend spending the money on a heart rate monitor and tracking your own calories!

I agree..... I think tha you need some seperate time, however, you said it yourself, you kinda get out of control. And Well, think if the situation was reversed, how would you feel if your man was "kinda" outof control and hugging every girl at a party, and you were not there? I think if you answer honestly, it would hurt…

Might take them a while to add friends, as they could slighlty be shy about the vast amount of info they can put on MFP.... and hey look at it this way..... if this is really one of the biggest problems / issues you are dealing with right now...... life aint too bad for ya! lol

I have about 26 lbs to loose. Although I am not exactly skinny yet, I have lost over 70lbs and people are "worried" I might loose too much. loosing that 26lbs, puts me in the "healthy" weight range.... out of being overweight!
