Im up about 2 lbs. and im completly ok with it. I spent time with friedns and family, and ate what we cooked with love! I dont eat and drink like this all year long, so its a real treat when I do! I have been really good since then, and would be willing to bet the weight is back off. I am going to drink on NYE :)

I didn't know there was any "hype" about milk period................... lol I only buy skim milk.... regular milk is too think for me.... but I dont ever drink it straight, i pretty much just put it in my coffee... cereal etc.

I *personally* feel Curves is for very intro level beginners... Again.... just my personal opinion, others may feel differently. I tried it once and for me, I was just bored out of my mind and didnt feel like I got a workout at all.

I use "Wii Sports" for an estimate when I play any of my Xbox Kinect games that really get me moving. There is an option for light effort, moderate etc.
