I eat every 2 - 3 hours... something small each time. My Day totals between 1200 on non work out days... to upwords of 1600+ on hard workout days.... regardless.... I still break up my meals to a constant 2 - 3 hours stopping around 7 or 8 at the latest. I do try to limit my carbs in the evening.... its just a personal…

Everyone Ive talked to says, its ok to go over in sugar... if you do so by eating fruits. Dont eat 5 apples, but one a day is good for you, and its natural sugar.

everyone will respond with this im sure, but be sure to STRETCH before and after..... and for the pain Biofreeze works GREAT! I like the spray, but my sister prefers the roll on. We get it from our chiropractors office.(most all chirop's carry it) .. but any medical supply store will have it.

Ok you DO realize that the healthy rate of weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week.... SO 4-8 lbs a month You lost 7 So, you are at the high end of healthy weight loss..... something to be PROUD of, and not frustrated about....

I always go over.... ALWAYS! But Sugar has become my #1 watched item... Ive noticed the trimming it down has made me loose. I keep it under 40 (although MFP says 26-32) I try to only get natural sugars, and if I go over due to fruit, I am OK with that.

Mine is open for my firends to view. I hold myself accountable to record everything I eat. They may not be the best choices, but 90% of the time they are good ones. And, I have went over my calories once, and I asked for advice on where to cut... and used those suggestions and comments as a tool to move forward.
