Thank you everyone! It took a big ol' drink of courage to be able to post these, but I figure we always see the END results. Sometimes it helps to see the progress so we can see that even if we haven't reached our goals, we still look a LOT better!

There is an option under food for breastfeeding that adds 500 calories back into your diet. You could add that to your diary every day, or you can just adjust your calories manually up by 500 calories. There are roughly 100 calories in 1 cup of grapes, regardless of the type. It could differ slightly, give or take a few calories, but not enough to affect anything by much.

I should have probably said that I do step aerobics and basic stretching and basic exercises Monday's and Wednesday's for 1 hour 30 minutes. (1 hour of pure step)

I disagree with much of this. Diet pills do work or there wouldn't be an industry for them anymore. The trick is to not only find one that works for you, but combine it with a life change. Taking diet pills does not equal lazy. And it does not mean you will gain all of your weight back.

I would also add that I don't eat back all of my calories because I don't feel the number calculated is accurate. I try to stick to eating about 30-50% back. Good luck!
