For me its just the sugar. I cut my soda intake down when im dieting but when its that time of the month I let myself have the soda, its a better alternative then all of the salty and sweet snacks. I would suggest finding the lowest calorie treat you eat and stick with that. I also know that Nature Valley has granola…

Im in the same boat! I was using it last year, lost about 30 pounds and then gained most of it back. You can do it if I can!!!

Thanks! that helps a bit! I steadily go to the gym 5 days a week, for about an hour and half, I hope I get pass this, its so much harder when you're not seeing results after pushing yourself so hard!

my intake is at 1200, I cant imagine it going down any lower, at least not yet! I am very frustrated!

Are you toning or just doing cardio? You might want to try doing some arm toning machines at the gym, or if you dont go to the gym, push ups, and 5lb dumbells will do the trick too!
