Yup I would eat more protein and less prepackaged stuff. Also when you eat sugary snacks like cookies and sweets your body craves more. I still eat treats too but I do notice when I eat them I want more and more. So I try to fill that need with fresh fruit instead!

I am freezing all the time anyway so I usually stop running once it gets cold!!! I would be running with heat packs ;P It gets below zero here and I would be frozen to the side of a house ;P

at 1200 I lost nothing....... at 1600 I started losing fast........ at 1800 still lose slow........ 2000-2200 seems to be maintenance for me!

NO way...........I tell them to eat when they are hungry and we do not do hardly ANY prepackaged snacks. We eat fresh fruit, veggies, and lean meat! They get a treat once in a while but no calorie counting here!

I don't think coffee in its self is bad for you. Now the creamer and sugar is another story. Obviously drinking 10 cups a day isn't good because of all the caffeine but I do have 2-3 cups a day =)

1200 calories isn't enough really for anyone. When I was eating at that I was tired.....run down, zero energy, and didn't lose a pound. When I upped them my energy was up and the weight fell off. You need to feed your body in order to lose weight. Being tired and run down is your bodies way of saying I need more to…

It takes a lot for me to burn a huge amount! For me I am happy with 200-300 but I am in maintenance mode. If I do the elliptical for 30 mins I am lucky to burn 200 :(

Yes to the cake after all it is a lifestyle change not a diet. The way I look at it is I am not going to NEVER have cake again. It's all about bf% the lower the bf the more your abs will show so it is 100% diet. Abs are made in the kitchen =P

Yup get a new Doctor!!! In MY opinion doctors know how to prescribe medicine not get to the core of the problem, for this reason we see naturopaths, osteopaths, and chiropractors!

If you are hungry eat!!! I always do just choose something healthy. I don't think having a nutritious snack even if you are over calories is going to hurt anything. Listen to your body!!
