Yikes you are starving your body so when you do feed it it is trying to hold on for dear life. You need to eat to lose weight not starve and over exercise. Besides 120 might be where you should be depending on your height and build

I have had 2 c-sections too!!! You can get that tummy back I did so dont let anyone tell you you cant because you had a c section =)

Oh and I have since had the hernia in my belly button fixed so it looks better just don't have an updated pic yet =)

I usually have coconut yogurt or almond milk yogurt with gluten free granola. Sometimes I make an egg whites with loads of veggies and some meat =)

Totally worth it. I was motivated before buying it but even on days where I dont get a workout in I just make sure I am moving to watch those steps go up. Then I dont feel so bad when I dont get my workout in. It takes all the guess work out of maintaining. MFP said 1600 was maintance for me and fitbit says 2200-2000 and…

I haven't read through all of this but I will say the sizes are not the same as they use to be. I wear a 00 in american eagle jeans but it is because of the damn stretch. I couldn't get a 00 on if they don't have the stretch in them. I am 5'3" and weigh 110 and my BMI is completely healthy at 19.5 =) So NOTHING wrong with…

I have a fitbit and I think it is dead on with being accurate. I even checked it against my HRM and it was spot on. I think you are not eating enough personally =)

Well same thing here my son has lots of intolerances that I have to work around but he eats pretty much veggies, meat, and fruit =)

I try to stay in the limits that MFP gives me. I do know when I go over the scale actually goes up and it is just water weight!

absolutely!!! My kids eat healthy and get little processed crap =) My son eats green peppers like apples and he is 3.5yrs old =) He thinks fruit is a sweet =)

I didnt want a Keurig for a while because of the whole plastic thing with BPA and I did research it and I dont remember where I found it but I believe the k-cups are made with BPA free plastic. As for the filter I too have taken them apart and there is a filter in the actual K cup =)

Yes you can =) I would say you need to eat more. I wouldnt net less than 1200 and really I started losing more weight at 1500 calories than I did at 1200?!!

I just tried it now using 1 tsp brown sugar splenda and half a packet of truvia, 1TBSN unsweetened almond milk and it was yumma!!! Thanks for posting!

breakfast I would just bring a yogurt and granola. I also second the tinfoil meals. We do this at home a lot on the girl. I measure out like 3oz of turkey burger and a ton of veggies. Peppers, onions, carrots, potatoes etc. spray the foil with olive oil spray and voila!! =)

I like to put green peppers, red peppers, onions and some jalapenos in them and make a spicy burger =)

Yup it isnt a true gain! Like someone said you would have had to eat 28,000 over maintance to gain 8lbs. I eat what I want on weekends and always go up by like 5lbs. It comes back down after 2 days =) LOTS OF WATER!!

I would get a HRM it is much more accurate so you can really calculate what goes in and how much your burn =) Hang in there!! I bet you are not sedentary with 4 kiddos too =)
