  • I crossfit and I use SFH recovery when I am no eating a meal within 2 hours of training. I usually mix it with whole milk (grass fed). It is whey protein derived from grass fed milk sweetened with stevia (which doesn't bother me.) My box sells it and it is pricey, but it doesn't spike cravings.

  • I started laughing at work over this one!!! So true. The girl that sits behind me (who is now a more compliante paleo peep than I) states I should get kick backs from "It Starts With Food". I have started at minimum 3 people on their paleo lifestyle with it.
