Always stay within my goals, always. Always try to eat back all of my exercise goals. And i barely ever eat non-healthy foods.. once a week, maybe even every 2 weeks... But this is only if family buy it, try to avoid it as much as possible.

Would do this, too scared of gaining though.

Work with my father and his Landscaping business. I also go to college and study Computer Games Development; heading in to my second year on August 22nd.

I feel this when i eat a bit more than usual... Even though my max has been 1,300 calories and smallest 800 calories lol.. I just want to find out if this 100% works before i set out to eat some more lol

Any idea on how big a difference the calories should be for the method to work effectively?

My girlfriend was like this at first, we even had an argument over it, but she gets it now... She still thinks im mad when i go to the supermarket and count calories in every single item i pick up.

I'm loving it so far :) It's a great way to count calories, and i believe this is where i have been going wrong most of my life food wise. It is a good change. And the healthy foods and liquids are really giving me more energy(Sometimes to the point where i find it difficult to sleep... Like now :P)
