I'm new and need to drop some pounds...

I found this awesome app on my phone and love it! I love the fact that I can track what I eat and make sure I'm heading the right direction. This was my first week and I've lost only 2 lbs...hopefully the next time I post I can say at least 5lbs...hehe

    Welcome! 1-2 lbs per week is healthy and awesome, good for you!! You will find what works best for you but don't get discouraged if it's not more than that... You want to keep your metabolism up and experts do say that you'll keep it off longer... I do understand though because my philosophy is, the quicker I get there, the faster I can get to maintenance, ha ha! Good luck in your success!!

    congrats!!! the first few weeks will be the best because your body is in shock and the weight just melts away. keep sticking with it, and you'll see long term results and feel great!!!
