 Thanks for the inspiration! I'm relatively new to this process (tried it last spring but gave up). I am determined to give it my all even when I am not sure how to proceed at times. Glad to know that everything is working out for you!

Thanks so much for your advice! I will keep all of this in mind.

I hope it is not too late! I would love the support as I am starting this - for the 2nd time - and determined to do better this time around!

I just did this! Then I saw your post :). I have a long story with my weight loss journey. Lately I noticed that a few of my friends weren't eating enough. I started writing on one person's profile telling them not to do what I did (she is starting her journey). But then I deleted it as I didn't want to offend her. So then…

It is important to fuel your body. So if you are exercising and not netting 1200 calories, at some point you will hit a plateau. That is what happened to me. It is better to lose weight slowly. 1200 calories is not very much so I would eat more than that. There is a neat tool you can use called Scooby Fit calculator. Just…

Feel free to add me! I have been on MFP since July 2011. It is always nice to have people support you but would also like some support too! I need others to get me going and lose 15 pounds to get to my goal weight.
-
Good to know. Thanks for replying!

This sounds just like me, actually I just posted last night needing people to support me to get myself back on track. Please know that I understand what you are going through. It is important that you know what you need to do to keep on going. I know that because of your success, you are able to do continue! Maybe think of…

Hi! I know how frustrated you are as we are on the same week of EM2WL and have similar backgrounds. Tomorrow starts week 8 for me w/ eating at a cut overall and my 2nd week of eating at a 10% cut as I felt like nothing was going on w/ the 15% cut. Up until then, I felt more flabby in my rear and stomach. But I have to say…

Great work! Hope to one day have the scale/inches going in a good direction just like you have done. I know you have been working hard at this and now you are seeing it pay off!
-
Wow! Way to go! Before EM2WL, were you on a low cal diet and if so, for how long?
-
Thanks everyone for your advice! I think I am going to do a reset as I had been low cal from last July till about Jan/Feb. I have never eaten back ex. cals as I have not exercised that much in a day where I would need to eat them back. Well, this will be an interesting experience for me and hope it will work out in the…

Thanks for the support. Just so hard to know what to do. Have been thinking about doing a reset but knowing I will probably gain more weight makes me reluctant to do so - even though that is what my body may need. Am curious to know if there are more people like me out there w/ my type of exercising. I think my #'s are…

I am not an expert on this at all and have stalled in my weight loss for a while like you. Have you run your numbers on the scooby workshop site? I guess that is what I would do. Maybe you are eating too little for all the exercise you do. Hope someone can give you more guidance but that is where I would start. This is the…

Yes, I was wondering the same thing as you... If I should up my calories to the 10% cut or do a reset. What do others think? I have come to realize that I will not reach my goal by my 1 yr. MFP anniversary (July 21, 2011) but am OK w/ that. Just would like the scale to move down a little :). Let me know if you decide to do…

I am 41. 5'2". Just weighed myself this am after not doing so for a while. Was at 151. I get 3-4 hours of exercise in a week: Jillian's NMTZ with 11 lbs dumbbells (22 total) will be getting 15 lbs (30 total) soon. Sometimes I will do RI30 for a change and am going to buy her Killer Buns & Thighs DVD too Also do fast…

Thanks so much for all of your advice! I appreciate you all taking the time to help me out! I will let you know how it goes in a week or two.

Yes, I always have netted my BMR. I think I will not log in my exercise in MFP so it will be easier for me. I think I have been usually between 1450 - 1700. So I suppose that could be the problem, too much variation? I will try now to be more consistent with my calorie intake and see how it goes! Just seems like I am…

Well, I haven't weighed myself for about 3 weeks but when I did it was around 4 pounds. Not sure if I want to tomorrow morning as I am feeling bloated today (TOM).
-
Thanks so much for your help! I think I will start out by getting heavier weights and check out some new DVD's. I am looking forward to see how this goes!

Hi! I decided to follow the advice of so many people who have eaten more to weigh less and hope to have much success! I joined MFP in July 2011 and lost 32 pounds up until mid January and now have been stuck at my current weight since then. I was always feeling a bit hungry but thought that since I had already had lost…

I LOVE PB2!! I recently ordered it from Amazon and will be making my second order soon. It is only 45 calories/2 tbsp. It is worth the money. You can research the company, Bell Plantation, online. I am so glad I tried this since even low cal. pnut butter has a lot of calories.

I also LOVE this workout! But I have not been logging it in my exercise diary because I am not sure of how accurate the calories would be under circiut training (not much cardio with this workout). I know everyone's HRM is different, but could someone give me an idea of how much calories they are actually burning with…
