Liquid Egg Whites & Smoothies?
I just bought some liquid egg whites for cake recipe but I noticed on the carton that you can use it in fruit smoothies. Does anyone put this in their smoothies and does it taste weird or change the texture? Just thought I would ask! Thanks....

Are they worth it to buy? I like to walk a lot and was wondering if it would be a good idea to purchase these. I also do a lot of Jillian Michael's DVD's and xcountry ski and ice skate in the winter. Thought these would give me more of a workout. Thanks!
