Hi! I just finished the 30DS with no breaks and also did fast walking along with it everyday for 20-30 minutes. I have looked at reviews online about each DVD but not sure what would be best. I like having the different circuits. I am only 2 pounds from my first goal! Thanks to everyone in advance for your opinions and advice! I love this site:)!

my understanding is the nmtz is a longer workout with 6 circuits... the others have 3 circuits. i found ripped in 30 to be a great transition after 30ds. i will be doing 6 week 6 pack next when i finish ripped. killer buns and thighs also is about 30 mins. i believe nmtz and banish fat boost metabolism are all longer with more circuits. i will do those last!0

I have both. I just bought Ripped in 30 and really like it. I've done No More Trouble Zones, and it's about 45 minutes, and the strength is intense. It really works your arms. I got Ripped in 30 because I wasn't burning the calories I wanted to with No More Trouble Zones. I did go from the Shred to No More Trouble Zones. When I first did NMTZ, I burned a lot of calories and got a great workout, but now that I've lost so much weight already and my endurance has increased, I don't sweat as much with it. I've seen some amazing results from Ripped in 30 and after doing it for the first time yesterday, I loved it and burned about 300 calories.0
