Looking for friends who will help motivate me!

Hi! I have been on MFP since July 2011.
For the past month or so, I am having a hard time logging in my meals and working out as much as I had before. I had lost 33 pounds which is a lot for a short person! (5'2"). However, I am still exercising but having a hard time doing my Jillian DVD's and just have been doing fast walking and occasional running.
Because of my lack of motivation, I am too scared to step on my scale at home! (haven't since mid-August!) Although at my dr. appt. last week, the scale at the clinic showed my weight as a gain of 7 pounds which isn't horrible but still... I get frustrated with myself as do not want to keep up being lazy and gain any more weight.
So... I am looking for friends who will help me stay on track! If you want to support me, please send me a message! I prefer to have friends that do not have tons of "friends" as I find that they have so many that they don't pay attention to others. I don't like it when I give positive comments but never receive any in return. So hope you all understand where I am coming from! I will gladly support you too .

It is important to use the tools available to you here. Yes I know getting on everyday especially the busy days can be a pain. BUT you need to do it!
A suggestion, pick a day ( I normally do Sunday) and plan out a weeks menu. Know what you will be eating daily. Enter information if needed so all you have to do is click and add.
I personally eat 5-6 small meals each day. My issue right now is I have no motivaiton to exercise.
I don't have many friends, the ones I do are from a group that I joined.
