Too much sodium last night and now feel bloated - what to do

Help! I am only 2 days away from finishing the 30DS and last night a friend invited me over for a meal. Later that evening I noticed that I was so thirsty for water after realizing that the meal she served must have been high on sodium. So today when I put on my exercise shorts, they were tight and looking at myself in the mirror... well, I am depressed. I haven't been too hungry today but have been eating normal, have been logging in as usual and doing my 30 min. fast walk. What to do? How long does it take to get rid of water weight? I am also mad too because I have a dr. appt. on Tues and was looking forward to seeing how much less I weigh now from last year. I have lost 18 pounds so far. Thanks for your help and advice!
