I don't go to a gym, but lift at home and if I had money to invest in equipment, would totally follow Jamie Eason on Bodybuilding.com. There are so many video clips and workout plans. I am thinking to do P90x or Body Beast though. I have to get my nutrition in line/consistent first or I won't see any results! Good luck!!

You should try to cut them out and see how you feel. Although, maybe just focus on one or two trigger foods and not just everything carb/sweet....just a though. I find when I do this, I learn about my habits and my emotional state :) NO fun at all, but so good to do. You will feel stronger in the end!! Good luck!!
