I'm trying out IF with shift work, for me its working, I just reverse my hours so I eat at night. I always have meals made and frozen so I can just grab something. Plus I bring a yougurt and apples. As most others have said protien is important. Try lots of different things to find what works for you.

Yep, I struggled with when to log on nights, and just found it so much easier to go with hours like 0000-0400, 0400-0800 ect

Oh boy the stories I could tell you about antidepressants!! I gained 30 kilos over 5 years from the freaking pills. Fml. Anyways I'm here now to get healthy :blush:
