  • Get some liquid stevia in your favorite flavor (my faves are Lemon Drop, Valencia Orange, and Chocolate), add about 10-15 drops of that, some nuts of your choice (I love raw cashews), and then add some cut up fruit (I do fresh strawberries). And there you go! A delicious healthy meal! :)
  • Totally agree!!! I also agree with the 2nd poster who said that's how she feels about Beiber and Taylor Swift!
  • Haha! I didn't notice your post until after I posted mine! :) Great minds think alike I guess. :)
  • Cocoa Roast Almonds in the 100 calorie packs. Quick, delicious, and filling!
  • In 2008 I had a goal of hitting 145. Last summer I hit 139...and I still wasn't happy. But I realized that it was because of how I felt about myself. I had to learn to love who I was before I could ever be happy with my weight...no matter what goal I reached or surpassed. So now that I've been working on that, I weigh 145…
  • Anything dubstep makes me totally work harder. But...it's not for everyone. It can get pretty annoying if you don't like it or you're not in the mood for it.
  • I only deny myself things that I'm allergic to. So I don't eat: any type of sugar (including honey, molasses, agave etc), anything with wheat, anything with yeast, anything with any type of mold (like mushrooms or super aged cheese), milk, and sugary types of fruits (like watermelon, bananas, peaches etc). If I DIDN'T have…
  • I use the Origins line. They have amazing skincare that works on sensitive skin. My skin is totally clear all of the time since I switched to them, and I have sensitive skin too. I highly recommend Origins! For specifics, I use their Anti-Aging SPF 25 moisturizer. I'm only 24 but I figure it's never too soon to start using…
  • Well said! But yeah...rude people stink. There's no arguing with that point. It's nice to know there's still nice people out there who will run after me if I leave my purse on the ground. I totally would have said thank you!! :)
  • I had a similar experience...except my sex drive was all but non-existent because I had a yeast allergy and was eating tons of yeasty foods. So my body was flooded with yeast and sugar and mold and my sex drive was D-E-A-D - dead! My poor husband was very good to me through it all...poor guy. We didn't have sex very much…
  • It's all about feeding your body with healthy ingredients. Yes, you can eat 1700 calories of crap and stay within your range. But think about what your body does with food. We feed ourselves to give our bodies energy, to give our bodies nutrients, to keep it functioning in a healthy manner, to have a healthy complexion,…
  • 1) I feel smokin hot today. Teal shirt, black pencil skirt, 5 inch stiletto's. Good times. 2) I'm at work and spent the last hour and a half online on Pinterest and MyFitnessPal. 3) I have to pee. 4) My husband and I have been married for over 6 1/2 years and are still madly and insanely head over heels for each other. 5)…
  • Yes! That last recipe is sooo good!!! And sometimes instead of vanilla extract, I'll use vanilla powder. So good!
  • As of September of this year, it'll be 2 years since I've eaten any sugar and I've only eaten healthy carbs (ex. brown rice, yeast free millet bread etc). I stopped with sugar and carbs because I have serious food allergies. And when I say I cut sugar from my diet...I mean TOTALLY cut it out. The ONLY type of sweetener I…
  • I don't go to the gym, but I jog outside on a busy main street. Cars are one right after another for my entire jog. And sometimes I'll realize that I'm jogging and smiling really big (looking like an idiot) because the song I'm listening to makes me feel totally empowered! haha. Oh to be able to watch myself sometimes! :)
  • Exercise is soooo good for you!!! It's really, really, really hard to do it sometimes, but it's better for you to push yourself to do it. Find something you like to do. For example, I found that I love to jog, play frisbee with friends, and do some serious wave surfing at the ocean. So those are my go to exercises. Do it…
  • When I look at fast food, and it's all the same exact color, I can never ever convince myself that it's okay for me to eat it. I'd rather gorge on something at home that's delicious and full of vibrant colors and tastes. That's just my opinion.

  • Seriously??? Even people on MFP think she's a "bit overweight" or a little "chubby?" That bothers me...
  • I WAS fat because... My dad left me with an emotional void as a child and I filled it in with food. How things have changed!
  • It depends on which meal we're talking about. For breakfast it's Deland Bakery Yeast Free Millet Zucchini Bread. For lunch it's Hardboiled Eggs or Tuna. And for dinner it's Unsweetened Coconut Milk...which is kinda weird. But that's it!

  • I can cook really, really well.
  • I was at 185 in 2007 and got down to 139 last summer. My body has adjusted to my new job, though, and I've kind of leveled off around 147. I'd like to get back into the 130's too! Which means regular exercise! I was walking/jogging with a friend fairly regularly. But our hectic schedules got in the way and we haven't…
  • Man...that sounds GOOD! I'll have to try that with Grain Sweetened Chocolate Chips! Mmm.
  • Ya know what's funny? My co-workers are JUST as unhealthy, except they have the opposite problem. They do not eat. At all. All day. Nothing. I work at a salon, so they have clients all day. However, they still have times throughout the day where they could have small meals. So needless to say, they're all overweight.
  • I went dress shopping, and had to go from a size 6 to a size 4 because the size 6's were too big. Holler. :)
  • I have NO problem eating back calories! Actually, I find it funny when people have a hard time consuming their daily allotment of calories, because for me, I LOOOOVE food and have zero difficulty eating my daily allotment of calories. :)
  • I used to drink coffee with cream and sugar, but now I only do a little half and half. It's actually wayyy better without any sugar. :)
  • Hahahaha! This made me laugh. :D
