Calorie Intake
I just have to say, it's quite the task to retrain your body from consuming 2000 calories a day down to 1440. I'm learning the difference between REAL hunger, and hunger-for-the-fun-of-eating hunger. :)

Does anyone else struggle with this?
I think I stress too much to count calories. Every time I start using MFP, I gain weight because I'm constantly stressing, stressing, stressing about everything I put in my mouth. Then! I'm an idiot...
I weighed myself tonight...with clothes on...after eating...AND it's that time of the month (sorry if that's tmi). I'm so dumb!! Now I feel allll...fat and gross. Despite my knowing all of the facts, it still messes with your head to see a high number on the scale. :-/

Question about pushups
I JUST started 30 Day Shred (did day 2 yesterday) and the pushups are really killin' my arms! My left arm hurts way more then my right, though, and I can't bend it totally straight without it really hurting. Is that just normal muscle pain?? Or am I possibly doing them wrong? I just did Day 2 of 30 Day Shred and oh my goodness!!! It is TOUGH! When I'm done I feel like I'm gonna hurl. But that's a good thing! I'm so excited to see the results. If anyone out there wants a good at home workout, get 30 Day Shred for sure!!

What are some low fat snacks that you like to munch on? I seem to always go over my fat intake because I eat an oz of nuts and have Earth Balance on my toast in the morning. So annoying. Anyways... I hate exercise... :(
I've lost all the weight...I'm a size 6 at 140lbs (5lbs less then my original goal). Now all I have to do is tone my body. But I HATE exercising! I hate it! And I can't seem to motivate myself to DO it. Any suggestions...please...anyone??
