Low Fat Snacks

What are some low fat snacks that you like to munch on? I seem to always go over my fat intake because I eat an oz of nuts and have Earth Balance on my toast in the morning. So annoying. Anyways... I know veggies and things like that, but I was just wondering if there's any unique ideas out there.

Personally I don't worry about low fat anymore ... as a weight loss strategy it was debunked years ago. Eating snacks that contain healthy fats will be more filling and stay with you longer ... so nuts, like walnuts are a good choice. Also, hard boiled egg, save a chunk of chicken or meat from your dinner for tomorrow's snack, or sweet potato or kale chips, for examples.

Thanks!! It's really irritating to be a super healthy eater (most of the time) and go over on fat constantly. (Today was NOT a good example.) I have a huge yeast allergy, so my diet is extremely restricted. I don't want to have to restrict myself even more!! :-)0

Emerald nuts are amazing, Greek Yogurt, those laughing cow wedges and reduced fat wheat thins.... oh, and Nutella with apple slices. I honestly believe Nutella has helped me lose all my weight so far.0

I like beef jerky for a low fat snack, you just have to watch the sodium.0

Oh, just though of another. I like the tubs of pre-made manwich sloppy joe with the meat already in it. A 1/4 cup is only 70 calories and 3 grams of fat, you get a whole serving of veggies, and yum!0

Skinny Cow Ice Cream (only 150 calories for one!)

Fiber One Brownies/Bars
40calorie Fudgesicles

SmartPop 100 calorie popcorn
