100% AGREE TOO!!!!

Oh my word!!! I'm so grateful that lots of other people feel this way! She drives me NUTS and her and Kim remind me of Vicki and Heba from season 5. Ugh. I miss BL contestants like Tara, Sione, and Kristen. What happened to THOSE types of contestants? Who worked their bee-hinds off and didn't let the game be the most…

YOU'VE had a baby?!?! Holy crap!!! You look freakin awesome! Keep it up!

To have guys drool over me as I walk by. (This feels terrible to be admitting! But it IS all about vanity!)
-
I don't think ANYONE would be disgusted or offended by your pictures. You inspire me! And many others! Keep it up girl!

Feel free to add me as a friend. I eat about 1260 w/o exercise, and about 1600 w/ exercise. I'm definitely not perfect! But on my good days I can be a good example for others! ;-)

My dad had the same reaction to Splenda!! He tried to use it instead of sugar and it gave him a major headache and he got the shakes and was all panicky. Ugh. So bad! Totally agree on the Stevia thing too. Great stuff! I love using the Chocolate stevia, Lemon Drop stevia, and Vanilla Creme in my plain greek yogurt. Just a…

POISON!!! Artificial sweeteners are so bad for you! It's safer just to have sugar! Personally, I don't eat any sugar. Instead, I find sweetness in fruit and sometimes if I need something a little extra, I'll use Stevia. But not the Stevia they sell at grocery stores, because that still has crap in it. I buy the SweetLeaf…

There's definitely nothing wrong with you! I'm a size 6, and yet, when I look in the mirror, I still see that size 14 girl I was so long ago. This is a good example of how weight loss is NOT just physical, it's more mental and emotional. The pounds come off, but mentally we stay the same. So that's why we all have to work…

Agreed!! :)

Fruit: Strawberries. I looooove strawberries! I eat them like candy! Vegetable: Asparagus. We eat a TON of asparagus. It's deee-lish!

Thanks!!! :)

hahaha. This makes me laugh. I have a StraightTalk phone! I'm definitely a "phone loser." But I DO have an iPad2! That makes me slightly cooler...right? ;-)
-
Thanks!! It's really irritating to be a super healthy eater (most of the time) and go over on fat constantly. (Today was NOT a good example.) I have a huge yeast allergy, so my diet is extremely restricted. I don't want to have to restrict myself even more!! :-)
-
Ahhh! I'm 24! People always think I'm YOUNGER, not OLDER! ;-)
-
I'm 5'6" and currently weigh 142. I'm hoping to get down to 135ish. :-)

Oh and I'm the girl in my profile picture. ;)

lumina: 23??

Wow!!! Go you!!!

I love eggs too! They're good with anything! And they're healthy too.
-
I love an 8oz serving of plain greek yogurt with blueberries and raw cashews. I like to put a few drops of liquid Stevia in it too. It's filling and delicious. I like to add a slice of toast to that too. :)

Ok first...I covet thy body!! Totally jealous! And second...I used to be that person when it came to eating. I've dropped 45 pounds and don't make those excuses for food anymore. I still do this a little teeny tiny bit when it comes to exercise, though. Work in progress!! :)
-
@ninerbuff: Gee thanks. That REALLY helps.

Thanks guys... I know I just need to do it and stop whining. But sometimes it can be pretty frustrating to be me. I'm about to do my pilates workout (begrudgingly...but oh well), so it's SOMEWHAT of a good thing!
-
hahaha. nice.

Take it from someone who can't have sugar... sometimes you just have to deal with the cravings. Find a way that isn't food centered to distract your mind from the craving. Ya know... journal, do a craft, watch a movie, go for a walk, call a good friend, etc.

Salmon sushi is delicious... Along with California rolls. You could also get your spicy crunchy tuna roll and only eat like, 1/2 or 1/3 of it. That's what I usually do! :) Enjoy! I looooove sushi!!
-
hahaha... Oh my WORD! That is so disturbing!

I think this is something that needs personal discretion, because I go over on sugar a lot too. Now here's the weird part... I don't eat sugar, I have a severe allergy to it. But a couple times a week I make a blueberry smoothie with 1 cup blueberries (no sugar added of course), 1 cup rice milk, 1 scoop pea protein, and…

I used to go there and my husband and I would share one their "healthy sandwich option" wraps. So we'd get this amazingly delicious wrap with meat, cheese, and all the veggies, and I'd only have eaten around 300 calories. So while Subway CAN be bad... if you choose wisely you won't do yourself any harm. :)
