Awww! That is AWESOME!! I'm really, really happy for you! I'm in TWO weddings in June, and for one of them the dress I bought was too small. But now I can zip it up and everything! Isn't it such an amazing feeling to unintentionally accomplish a goal really quickly?? :)

Well... I'm not eating HORRIBLE snacks... But I AM going over on my calories pretty much everyday. *deep sigh* haha... Being healthy is so frustrating sometimes!!

Yeah I noticed that if I have one serving of frozen blueberries in a smoothie, I go over in my sugars. And I don't eat sugar AT ALL because I'm allergic to it. It's a little ridiculous. But I just ignore it because I don't think going over from fruit that I eat once in awhile is a big deal. :/

It must be in the air because for the past couple of days... I cannot stop EATING! I have an insatiable appetite and no matter how much I eat I can't seem to fill up. Which... doesn't work out too well when you're trying to count calories. Hmmm...

I mix mine with diced carrots, cucumbers, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, and fresh ground black pepper. Sometimes I put a hardboiled egg in it too. It's really good! Especially with a brown rice tortilla that's been toasted either in a toaster oven or regular oven. :)

Work out AFTER you drink your protein shake!!! It's so so so important to drink/eat protein before you work out. If you don't, your body will run out of steam and you could do damage to yourself!

Yeah it takes you eating 3,500 calories to even gain ONE pound and have it stay. Don't worry about it!! No big deal! Just pick yourself up and move on! :)

I hate water too. I just force myself to drink it. Having a reusable water bottle helped. And I also put ice and lemon in it to make it more appealing. :)

Exercise is extremely important! You definitely can lose weight w/o exercising, but in the long run it's way too good for you to skip. I'm speaking from experience here! I lost a lot of weight w/o exercising, but exercise is what makes us healthy AND thin, instead of just thin. :)

I totally know what you mean. Whenever I get to my calorie limit or I'm just under it, I get disappointed. I think it's just females and our skewed view of ourselves. : /
