Yep. It's true. Same with ice water. Your body burns calories heating the water up... but there aren't any calories in water! :)

Usually lemon juice from a bottle is concentrated and not as fresh (obviously). I can't stand bottled lemon juice, so when I go grocery shopping and buy my lemons, I go home and just slice one up into wedges real quick. I haven't decided yet... I might roast a chicken and have rice and steamed asparagus or something. But I'm not sure I'll have the time to roast the chicken by the time I get home and then have to leave again. We'll see!

I've never lied on mine... It just never made any difference in my head I guess! I don't know! I would always just put down my weight and be like: "Yay. 185 pounds. I just love that feeling." But it never crossed my mind to lie about it. haha... you guys are hysterical! :)

If you want to lose weight correctly and effectively, you need to eat at least 1200 calories in a day. You absolutely have to feed your metabolism adequately so that your body can burn calories and fat. It's just the way it is. So start eating! :)

Yeah, "themommie" is totally right! You don't have to stop snacking... just make sure what you're snacking on is healthy. I love popcorn because, as long as you don't put butter on it, it's such a ridiculously delicious and low calorie snack! Fruit is good, veggies are ALWAYS good, and reaching out for whole grain products…

All oatmeal is good for you except the instant kind. The only difference between steel cut, old fashioned, and quick oats is how they're cut. So steel cut are just cut... Old fashioned are cut and pressed flat, and then quick oats are cut up into tiny pieces so it cooks faster. :)

I looked up what my healthy BMI should be and then picked a number in the middle of the healthy range that they gave me. So they said I could be between 115-155, and based on my build and my frame I picked 135 as a healthy weight for me to be at. :)
