  • I record my weight Monday mornings each week first thing, but I weight myself a few times a day just to see which way I seem to be going. I too don't care if it says I gained a pound, it just makes me look back on what I had done that day. So far it's kept it's pattern on my chart.
  • Congrats! I'm alllllllmost there! (My goal is to be there by September 3rd, but I've made a few bad decisions the past week so I'm going to be working to the wire for this one)
  • Just to be on the safe side I'd take a PT. I went to the doctor because I had been missing mine off and on, and of course the first thing they wanted to do was a PT even though the chances of me being pregnant were VERY slim. Then I got diagnosed with PCOS.
  • I lost weight while on BC. Starting off I was 200, and by the time I stopped it I was 185. Since going off in March I've gained nearly all of it back-but now that I'm super conscious of my diet it's slowly starting to come off.
