Your stomach is probably hurting because it's being stretched. A lot of water can hurt your stomach, just like a large meal can. As a rule of thumb, if your stomach starts to hurt, stop drinking for an hour or two. Unless you are getting ill, there is no reason to go to the doctor. They will just say, if drinking that much…

If you're living together and the subject of marriage and kids isn't a topic that you communicate about regularly, i would consider it a huge red flag. You should make your expectations clear (for ex: i would like us to be engaged within the next year). If he reacts negatively or tries to make you feel guilty or "crazy"…

Cellulite isn't fat, it's connective tissue. Not something you can lose. I've read interviews with Jillian Michaels where she says the one thing she wishes she could change about her body is cellulite on her butt. She goes on to say that there really is nothing "natural" you can do to improve your cellulite situation, and…

protein shakes will not really help with your energy levels. Eating sweet potatoes as a snack before workouts will help you with energy, and it might help get your metabolism going.

Starting weight: 170 Current weight: 165 Height: 5'6 I work out 5x a week, burning about 450 calories each time. I usually eat 1200-1400 calories/day. As long as all these calories come from decent foods, I've had success. When I have sourced these calories from junk food, weight loss has slowed quite a bit.

I am a buyer for women's ready-to-wear, and I just want to be able to feel good in all the clothes/and trends I am paid to bring into our store. I am currently a size 10 (sometimes a 12 in dresses), and sometimes I feel that certain looks or outfits that I love just aren't right in my proportion, or I feel very…

Easy - order chicken fajitas and just eat the chicken & grilled veggies. Very low in calories for how delicious it is. If you want to add a small amount of guacamole, the calories are pretty reasonable on that too. I usually allow myself 10 tortilla chips, and salsa is very low-cal. I lost 2 lbs one week that I had mexican…

I used Oxyelite Pro with no results. I wasn't sticking to a very strict fitness plan at the time, but making healthy choices nonetheless and it didn't help me at all. When I took it, it made me feel so jumpy and hot and sweaty that it just increased my desire for food. It felt like I was working out when I was sitting…

You've lost 5 punds! That's awesome :) If you keep it up for 6 months, you won't have to "picture" yourself skinny because you'll be well on your way to a transformed body!

omg whateverrrrrrrr. The thread topic is very clear, and if people don't want to read through it YET AGAIN because it's soooooooo overdiscussed, then don't click on it. Instead - "Oh goody, here's my chance to act like a jerk and point out that this girl is repeating a commonly discussed topic, thus making me the most…

My apologies for ruining anyone's day by replicating a thread. My point is, there has to be a threshhold at which you stop eating back calories burned in order to maximize weightloss. Hopefully you burned some extra calories today by typing up a needlessly rude response.

I totally get your question! I have thought the exact same thing. My target is 1200 calories/day. I run 5x a week, and on the days I run, I DO NOT add extra calories to my meals. With all the running I am doing, and always staying below 1200, I am still only losing about 1.5 lbs/week. I imagine that if I ate the extra 2250…
