Hi Kayla - kpayton - You can do it!! What are you plans / goals to accomplish this? I am planning a wedding as well..thinking June and I want to get at least 15 pounds gone. I have been eating crappy and not exercising at all. But now that I have a date to work with, I am hoping that will help me keep motivated!

Increase some of your fat intake and take vitamin b supplements.That will help with your energy. The first 2 weeks are the toughest...make sure you drink at least 10 cups a water or more....helps keep your kidneys good. You will also need the carb cravings disappear.

Remember 1 gram of fat is 9 calories. I am having trouble figuring how to add enough fats as I have been trained that fats are bad for so many years...but I am getting there. Butter has alot of salt. Use oils to cook your food, add nuts to you diet...almonds are really good- just make sure they are not salted or coated…

I am not sure if anyone else is still looking at this thread. I started my Keto Diet Aug 1st and have dropped 10 LBS. I would like maybe another 5-8 gone...I have started back to the gym last week and ramping my weight endurance.
