Hi All, I am 28 and a stay at home mom of one incredibly energized 3 year old boy. I was doing mfp and lost almost 20 lbs and then just got lazy and stopped for the summer and have gained most of it back. So I am back to logging and trying to make better food decisions.

I like www.allrecipes.com You can plan a menu, make a grocery list, and look up a recipe all on the same site. You can also favorite recipes you like so that you have a virtual recipe box. I also like their app so I can look up recipes when I forget my grocery list at home.

the only time I sleep with no bra is if I fall asleep after sexy time. Otherwise I have sleep bras which are kinda like a sports bra.

Haven't checked in all week, I am sorry. been running around like crazy trying to get last minute halloween costumes together, boyfriends band is playing two halloween shows, so I must go in costume and it would appear there is nothing premade unless you want to go as a slutty something. driving me insane.

i think the extra exercise took its toll, i could not wake up this morning for the life of me, feeling pretty drained but going to try to keep with it and power through. Hope everyone is having a great thursday, I am kinda looking forward to weighing in tomorrow.
