Sorry I have been Kinda mia this week, i have been a little off, my walks have gotten put off because it is over 80 outside, and my boys have been ill. So hopefully I will catch up.

Sunday 10/9 I burned 540 calories walking and carrying my dog.
Monday 10/10 I burned 840 calories doing C25K and walking.
Tuesday 10/11 I burned 581 calories doing C25K and walking.
Total so far this week= 2893.
Weekly grand total= 3482 calories.0 -
