Sorry I haven't been posting my calorie burns the past few days. I only have my phone for internet at home right now.
Anyway, today (Tuesday) I burned 642 calories doing C25K + walking.
Yesterday (Monday) I burned 770 calories doing C25K + walking and Stair Climbing Torture Device.
Sunday I burned 493 calories walking.
Total so far this week= 2574.0 -
10-5: 790 calories - 5 mile jog/walk interals. 10 mile exercise bike, 1/2 mile swim
to date this week: 37180 -
Ummm..somehow I am on this team and another!! How do I get off the other? I also didn't see our team on the page when I went to look at where everyone was at?

Wednesday total: A measly 85 cals for walking my boys to school this morning. I have been SO busy today. I haven't had time to do much of anything. I had a job interview this morning, had to drive hubby to the air port among other things. Hitting the gym first thing after getting the kids off to school tomorrow!0 -

10/8 - new week: 512 calories. 5 mile jog/mostly walk intervals & 7.5 miles easy exercise bike. slightly pulled muscle is making the going very slow.....:sad: . i was hoping it would mend on the rest day yesterday. no such luck.0

We should be on the map soon so we will be able to track our movements and everyone else.

I have to correct today. I entered it in incorrectly. I burned 939 today doing 1.5 hours of cardio (Zumba and walking briskly uphill for 30). My total for the week is 20820 -
