    Sorry I haven't been posting my calorie burns the past few days. I only have my phone for internet at home right now.

    Anyway, today (Tuesday) I burned 642 calories doing C25K + walking.
    Yesterday (Monday) I burned 770 calories doing C25K + walking and Stair Climbing Torture Device.
    Sunday I burned 493 calories walking.

    Total so far this week= 2574.

    10-5: 790 calories - 5 mile jog/walk interals. 10 mile exercise bike, 1/2 mile swim

  • Ummm..somehow I am on this team and another!! How do I get off the other? I also didn't see our team on the page when I went to look at where everyone was at?

    where did you see this, i went to the thread and didn't see any updates?

    Wednesday total: A measly 85 cals for walking my boys to school this morning. I have been SO busy today. I haven't had time to do much of anything. I had a job interview this morning, had to drive hubby to the air port among other things. Hitting the gym first thing after getting the kids off to school tomorrow!

    10/6 - 1091 calories. (2.5 mile eliptical, 5 mile treadmill, 2.5 jog/mostly walk intervals, 1 mile swim)

    Also I messaged the guy he said he will fix that we are not on the map yet

    Today 10/7 I burned 535 calories doing 96 minutes of c25k + walking.

    Total= 3109 calories.

    10/8 - new week: 512 calories. 5 mile jog/mostly walk intervals & 7.5 miles easy exercise bike. slightly pulled muscle is making the going very slow.....:sad: . i was hoping it would mend on the rest day yesterday. no such luck.
  • ok totals will be in sat-fri since the first was a saturday, I will be turning these totals in today as soon as I get them all.
    Every one did Great! Hopefully we can keep this momentum up!

    10/9...............474...muscle in leg remains sore. looks like it will be only easy walking/exercise bike this week.

    Unfortunately this is my total for the week. .been battling a wicked headache since Fri that I just can't seem to kick, so I haven't done anything else.
  • OK I submitted our total, which was 20,810 calories burned!! Which means we have gone 5202.5 miles.
    We should be on the map soon so we will be able to track our movements and everyone else.
    I am really excited we are doing very well!

    I have to correct today. I entered it in incorrectly. I burned 939 today doing 1.5 hours of cardio (Zumba and walking briskly uphill for 30). My total for the week is 2082

    Saturday 10/8 I burned 932 calories walking.
    Sunday 10/9 I burned 540 calories walking and carrying my dog.
    Monday 10/10 I burned 840 calories doing C25K and walking.
    Tuesday 10/11 I burned 581 calories doing C25K and walking.

    Total so far this week= 2893.
