Hello Everyone,
So this is our Thread for the challenge, You can submit your calories burned daily or weekly and I will keep track of them and submit them. the challenge starts October 1st.

    I am stoked!! We are going on a 4 hour trip tomorrow to a family fun day with my husband's work...I SO wish I had a heart rate monitor!!! I hope to be back in time on Sunday to do Zumba..otherwise, I will make up for it on Monday and work out in the morning with a friend and then do Zumba that night. Honestly, I am not big about working out on the weekends, so hopefully this challenge will help to push me :)

    Oh...quick question...how do we log our cals burned? Do we report them here or is there a link else where?

    Day 1...off to a start: Calories: 829

    includes: 2.5 mile indoor track jog/walk intervals, 10 mile exercise bike, 2.5 mile treadmill walk and 1/2 mile swim.

    i hope that's good! i don't burn many calories/hr. It's a good day for me:smile: ...164 minutes


    i don't think it's required but adding sw=192.0. i hope/intend to make it out of obese this month. i need to get to 185 to be just plain overweight.

    My calorie burn for today is 343, Im just hitting the pool insted of the gym since I over indulged in to many drinks last night!:laugh:

    423 cals burned from a 3 mile hike today! Woohoo!
  • My big exam was today so that pretty much messed up my day only got 327 in.

    I apologize guys. My family took a small road trip yesterday so I didn't get anything in. We are heading home today, so that will be another 4 hours on the road. I will get at least a walk in tonight but will be hitting it hard tomorrow!

    wow it was chilly today in ohio...warm up jacket and ear protectors needed!!! (50 degrees or so). but sunny and beautiful!!!- HAD to be an outdoors day:smile:

    Only burned 128 today. Was in the car for 5 hours with the kids and a stressed out husband. Grrr.
  • I got 423 today so that makes it 750 so far.
    hopefully I will get a bit more done tomorrow I am shaking my funk.

    today: 875 calories burned (2.5 mile eliptical, 5 mile treadmill walk, 6 miles exercise bike, 1/2 mile swim)

    I burned 600 tonight. 450 treadmill, 100 rowing, 50 on Jacob's Ladder. That was a toughie! I think I will do that more often :)

    5 mile leisurely walk outdoors
    10 mile exercise bike
    5 miles leslie sandone indoor walk cd (really this would be more 3 miles for me...but i did like the cd)

    10/1-10/7 week to date: 2928 calories.
