    Monday 10/17- Burned 495 calories cleaning, elliptical, and stair climbing
    Tuesday 10/18- Burned 765 calories doing c25k, walking, and stair climbing

    Total so far= 2599 calories this week.
    Friday 10/21- Burned 621 calories doing c25k and walking.

    new week 10/22: 325...only 5 mile leisurely walk/rest day
  • we burned 19577 calories this week and went 4894.25 miles. We are doing awesome guys keep up the great work.

    I didn't get my cals for last Friday turned in, so I hope you can add them in this week ~ we went to Six Flags and walked and walked and walked for hours. We are actually going back this Friday, so it should be another good one :)

    I injured my ankle on Tuesday. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do much else. We'll see.

    Okay, apparently I'm out. I have a sprained ankle and am under doctor's orders to not exercise for a week. I'm so sorry to my teammates! I don't know how this is handled.
  • So up until the 31st we have gone another 5676.25 miles. awesome job guys..
    Now I do not know how the end of this works, whether we are done because October is or if we go til we reach then end so go ahead and keep the calories coming and I will let you know as soon as I get the response to that.
    Also Elisabat I hope you feel better and take it easy, I wouldn't worry about contributing at this point because I think we are almost there, and a few of us can try a little harder you just concentrate on getting better.

    Not a good week for me ~ I started working (which IS good!!) but definitely cut into my workout routine!! Gotta figure out when I am going now that I am working!!

    I am so sorry about your ankle! Be careful, please...and thank you for following drs. orders!! I had a nasty sprain in Dec. of 2009 and ended up having to have surgery because my old orthopedic thought it would heal eventually. I did things the usual way and it got worse and worse. Hope you feel better!

    I am sorry for my lack of being here.

    I started working 5 days a week 3 weeks ago. It is really just digging into my routine :/ I only made it to the gym twice last week :/
