I read somewhere the fitter you get the less calories you burn as your body gets used to working hard so. I think mixing up the workouts helps but I wonder too, if that is just they way it goes you are fitter so you burn less calories, but you don't really need to burn the extra calories as you are at your goal weight…

I found it tough and drained me on different days, maybe eating a tough more may help? I also had hot baths with epson salts after worksouts which helped sore muscles but was tired a lot. I found adding extra HIIT workouts (strange as that sounds helped me) as I need cardio to get enough energy to get through the days :)…

scales suck, measuring tape, clothes or calipers are a much better indicator of progres my scale weight loss has slowed to a crawl but I am seeing very obvious changes everywhere else :)

I am on the last week of Push and having Shakeology once a day. I really like the Shakeology but not sure if it is making any difference in my energy/weight loss. But I am super happy with my results from the Chalean X & TurboFire :)

Yeah I did insanity and really liked the first 5 weeks but then got bored. I felt like I was working hard and saw good results. Withou turboFire, I love it, working hard but having fun and seeing amazing results ;)
