Rest days suck :) I think I am going to start just doing light cardio ( zumba or something like that) on rest days) I notice such a huge difference in my energy and happiness level on days I don't do my cardio, makes a rest no fun :) Burned 250 calories doing 35 minutes of "CXE - Fat Burn Challenge"

I LOVE the HIIT workouts and actually, find HIIT 15 a tad harder than 20 & 25 for some reason (maybe shorter rest?) but love em all, even HIIT 30 is awesome, the go so fast. I wish I could just do em every day :) I did CLX Push 2 & HIIT 20 today :)

yup TF definitely lives up to all the marketing fluff and more :) I find I sound like a fanatic sometimes when I get talking about it but just wait until you start seeing the results too, it is like man it is so much fun to do, makes you feel good AND you get great results?!?!? I wish I had found this years ago ;)

I just did Push 1 today and added my 2lb weighted gloves as I don`t have heavy enough weights, man it made it tough enough!

yup I laugh in the face of huffing puffing :) although I gotta say, sticking with TurboFire is the easiest program to stick with as she makes it so much fun, exhausting, but fun :)

I just got some last week (have been doing TurboFIre since Jan 1) and really like it. Rhenee I am doing the hybrid and am noticing so much more tone and strength already, I am on week 3. I am not sure how the hyrbrid is supposed to work but am doing the weights & a HIIT on Mon Wed Fri and then Fire 45 or 55 on Tue Thur and hope to get some abs/yoga in on weekends but so far have not managed to fit it in.…

I have lost 6lbs in one month that includes missing a few workouts due to injury (not exercise related) and company coming so did some laid back workouts to include my company. I never lose weight so quickly so I know it is all due to TurboFire, plus feel so much more energetic!

I am doing Extemem and then adding TurboFire workouts rather than the Extrmeme cardio just because I LOVE the TurboFire HIIT workouts (I do a HIIT before my Extreme workouts) and the FIRE 45 & FIRE 55 for days when I don't do the weights. Totally agree! I am in my 40's and have been working out since my teens off and on. This is the first workout that I actually get excited to do and smile during it even when I can't breath and am huffin & puffin :)

I bought TurboFire DVD's so I can workout before anybody wakes up, otherwise I tend to let life (ie kids) get in the way ;) I started Jan 2 and have lost 5 lbs so far and loving it :) Heck of a lot cheaper than a gym membership plus I don't have to shlep out in the rain.

Love love love em :) They are my fav kind of workout and I would do em every day if it were allowed! I have seen such super results with them too (using TurboFire & intervals on elliptic for my HIITs) I will never go back to a steady slow workout, even my ankles are skinnier :)
